iO Wright is a disaster recovery strategist, product architect, and communications expert. As the Co-Founder and CPO of PostFire, he helped build one of the most trusted and visible organizations to emerge from the LA fires, reaching more than 19 million people and is widely recognized for his expertise in survivor navigation and recovery experience design.

Prior to PostFire, Wright was a bestselling author, TEDx speaker, and created the hit podcast The Ballad of Billy Balls, which garnered 15 million downloads.

At Theia, he draws on both his professional expertise and personal experience as a wildfire survivor to reimagine how homeowners recover and rebuild after disaster.

With nearly two decades of experience spanning digital strategy, brand partnerships, and experiential campaigns, Allie Evans has consulted for global brands including Coca-Cola, Maybelline, L'Oréal, and Miu Miu, as the lead strategist at Byllie where she spear headed high-impact partnership initiatives for brands like SK-II, and TASCHEN—just to name a few.

Passionate about philanthropy and systems change, Allie most recently served as Head of Partnerships and Donor Advisory at PostFire, where she helped grow one of the nation's leading wildfire recovery nonprofits before co-founding Theia to transform how disaster survivors recover and rebuild.
